A couple of years ago, pre-covid I had the chance of visiting the beautiful city of Cambridge such a beautiful place but be warned make sure you know where the bus lanes are, if you are driving, as they will catch you out. Having got issued a fine for accidentally going in a bus lane. Cambridge boasts many places to see and things to do, from top notch restaurants through to the only Raspberry PI Shop in the UK. With good commuter links from Peterborough and London this can easily be done in a day should you wish to avoid accidental bus lane fines.
Some of the buildings you would expect to see in a movie as they are of a certain time period. Like Bath and Stamford they boast old buildings full of character.
