Welcome to my first Kev's Top Tip. I discovered this tip several years back. If you want to cook fried eggs that are cooked on both sides without flipping them or flicking oil over them. Then this Top Tip is what you need.

Simply take a piece of kitchen foil and place over the top of the trying pan, occasionally lifting off to check how cooked the eggs are. You will find the eggs will be cooked on both sides. This is due to the foil reflecting the heat that is generated back down on top of the eggs.

This top tip doesn't end with just frying eggs the tin / kitchen foil method works on other dishes as well.

Hope you enjoyed this top tip.

Kind regards Kevarni
