Ingredients
1 large onion
1 punet of mushrooms
4 chicken breasts
3 hot dog sausages
2 dessert spoons of marge / butter
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of hendersons relish
3 teapsoons of Garlic Puree
2 tins of cream of chicken soup
Method
Place marge / butter in to frying pan.
Dice up chicken breasts and place in frying pan and cover with lid / tin foil
Dice cup onion, mushrooms and place in pan with chicken
Slice up hot dog sausages and place in pan with rest of ingredients
Cook for 10-15 minutes stiring every 5 minutes
Add salt, Garlic Puree and hendersons relish
Simmer for a further 10-15 minutes
Add 2 tins of chicken soup and stir well.
Cover for a further 5 minutes or until chicken fully cooked.
Serve and enjoy
